Free Professions Department

The duties and responsibilities of the Division for Overseeing the Legality of the Work of Free Legal Professions shall be as follows:

Conduct the oversight of the legality of the work of private enforcementagents, notaries and mediators in accordance with the Law on Enforcement Procedure, the Law on Notary and the Law on Mediation. Prepare minutes regarding the conduct of oversight of the legality of the work of Free Legal Professions. Prepare a report and give recommendations regarding the conduct of oversight of the legality of the work of Free Legal Professions. Perform other duties in accordance with the legislation in force. The Head of Division for Overseeing the Legality of the Work of Free Legal Professions shall report to the Secretary General, for operational and administrative aspects.The number of staff in the Division for Overseeing the Legality of the Work of Free Legal Professions shall be four (4)”.
