During this meeting, Minister Selimi informed Director Magno that in the framework of the Functional Review of the Rule of Law Sector, the Ministry of Justice, through public policies, is aiming to consolidate commercial justice which, according to him, will increase foreign investments, because it will provide the business sector with quick and efficient access to justice.

Minister Selimi and Ms. Magno also discussed cooperation in other projects related to the rule of law in Kosovo.

The director of the USAID Mission in Kosovo, Lisa Magno, confirmed that this mission will continue to be a key partner of the Ministry of Justice in advancing the legal infrastructure in Kosovo.
