Minister Haxhiu visits the State Shelter for the Housing of Trafficking Victims

Prishtina, 10/04/2020

During this visit, Minister Haxhiu informed them about the actions taken by the Ministry of Justice through which the State Shelter for the Housing of Victims of Trafficking functions now within the MoJ.

Minister Haxhiu said that the Ministry of Justice will also take care of the capacity building and reintegration and the financial sustainability programs of this Shelter.

Minister Haxhiu also stated that her priority remains to strengthen the rule of law and engage with other relevant actors, to provide shelter and protection to this category and for traffickers to receive the deserved punishments.
