Minister Haxhiu participates in the International Conference organized by the Kosovo Police

Prishtina, 11/03/2020

At this conference, Minister Haxhiu expressed her concern about the small percentage of women in the labor market, where even those who are employed are often faced with an unfavorable environment and denigration due to sexual harassment committed in various verbal, non-verbal, and physical forms.

The Minister emphasized that sexual harassment in the workplace should not be silenced, it should be reported, because harassment should not be part of institutions, and the workplace should be a safe and convenient place for all.
