Habib Rashiti extradited from Macedonia to Kosova

Ministry of Justice of the Republic Of Kosova, following a successful cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia, extradited from Macedonia to Kosova the citizen Habib Rashiti born on 23 September 1977 in Gjilan.

Against Habib Rashiti, on 03 August 2010 was issued the international arrest order on the basis of which he was arrested from  the Macedonian authorities 

Mr. Rashit was sentenced from the district Court in Gjilan to four years and six months imprisonment , because of the criminal offense ‘”Grave cases of aggravated theft”” and Robbery , article 138 paragraph 1, of Kosovo Criminal Law.

Today at 15:00 Mr. Rashiti was handed over from Macedonian Police to Kosovo Police at the Han i Elezit border.
