The Caretaker Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Donika Gërvalla visited the Regional Free Legal Aid Office in Peja, emphasizing the significance of this service in guaranteeing equal access to justice for all citizens.

“Free legal aid guarantees no one remains without legal protection for the lack of economic circumstances”, declared Minister Gërvalla.

Minister Gërvalla said that the service was provided through regional offices for Free Legal Aid throughout Kosovo, including the Regional Office in Peja.

“The free legal assistance ensures citizens have real access to justice in dealing with legal processes and in protecting their rights”, she said.

Minister Gërvalla said the strengthening and efficient functioning of this service remains essential for building an accessible, equal and fair justice system for all.
