The Working Group second workshop on drafting of the Concept Document in asset recovery field is held

The Working Group for the drafting of the Concept Document in asset recovery field is organized by the Ministry of Justice with the support of GIZ met for the second time today.
The workshop was opened by the chair of the Working Group, also Acting Director of the Department for European Integration at the Ministry of Justice, Ms. Selvije Elezaj.
During the workshop, detailed discussions were held between representatives of relevant institutions and experts, with the aim of finalizing a comprehensive document in accordance with the best international standards.
The drafting of this Concept Document and its implementation represent important steps within the framework of the European integration process as well as a practical measure to strengthen the fight against organized crime, corruption, money laundering and other forms of financial crime.
