Request for Access to Public Documents

Law on Access to Public Documents no. 06/L-081

The purpose of this Law is to guarantee the right of each person, without discrimination on any basis, to have access to public documents, produced, accepted, kept or controlled by public institutions, as well as the right to reuse public sector documents.

Agency for Information and Privacy (AIP)

It is an independent agency that is responsible for the supervision and implementation of Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 06/L-081 on Access to Public Documents in the Republic of Kosovo.
