Division for Logistics Services and Document Management

The duties and responsibilities of the Division for Logistic Services and Document Management are:

• Ensures working and accommodation conditions for the staff of the Ministry;
• Manages the inventory and warehouses of the Ministry;
• Accepts, checks assets, manages stocks and prepares relevant reports;
• Provides services for the needs of the Ministry for inventory, goods and other office equipment for work;
• Provides logistical support for the organization of Ministry staff meetings;
• Provides transport service and manages the vehicles of the Ministry and those that are in its use;
• Maintains the evidence of vehicle registration and insurance as well as all other logistics issues related to transport;
• Implements procedures for document management and administration;
• Manages the archival system of the Ministry and cooperates with the State Archives Agency;
• Takes care of the storage, professional maintenance and securing of archival material from damage, disposal and disappearance;
• Accepts, checks, classifies and records documents;
• Sends acts and documents, for further processing;
• Receives mail, opens and checks it, as well as takes care of sending mail, distributing mail (letters) and subjects, including electronic mail;
• Seals documents and materials and takes care of keeping the seals;
• Takes care of the filing deadlines of the cases, as well as prepares the cases with a permanent deadline for submission to the Archives of the Republic of Kosovo, according to the legal provisions.

The Division Leader for Logistics Services and Document Management reports to the Director of the Department for General Services.
