Today, the first meeting of the Working Group for the Drafting and Finalization of the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to Law No. 08/L-125 on Public Property was held at the premises of the Ministry of Justice.

The meeting was opened by the Chairperson of the Working Group and the Secretary of the Ministry of Justice Anita Kalanderi who informed the working group members on the working methodology that will guide the process of identifying challenges and supplementing-amending the Law on Public Property, as well as other relevant laws.

During the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of harmonizing the legal framework regulating the use of public property, and agreed on the need to review and amend this law to address challenges and improve its implementation by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
