Acting Minister of Justice, Blerim Sallahu, received today the ambassador of Turkey to Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angılı. Present at the meeting was also the First Secretary Aylin Senyüz, responsible for consular affairs, Assistant Ajsel Polak and the official from the Ministry of Justice, Anesa Slovinja.
Minister Sallahu and Ambassador Angılı discussed the legal international cooperation issues between Kosovo and Turkey and the exchange of best practices in the field of justice.
Both sides expressed their readiness to advance joint initiatives that contribute to the rule of law.
Minister Sallahu also informed Ambassador Angılı about the justice reform, the advancement of legal infrastructure and the increase in institutional transparency. He described these reforms as essential for strengthening the rule of law and meeting international standards.
At the end of the meeting, Minister Sallahu expressed gratitude for Turkey’s continued support and the importance of this partnership for the common future of both countries.
