Sedat Gashi is extradited from Albania to Kosova

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosova, today on 15 October 2010 with the support of Kosovo Police successfully extradited from Albania to Kosovo he citizen Sedat (Brahim) Gashi, born on 30 April 1980, in Prizren, sentenced 4 years for the criminal offence ‘”Robbery”” from the District Court in Peja.

At the request of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosova , against Gashi was issued the International Arrest Order on 06 February 2009, which enabled his arrest on 2 July 2010 in the Republic  Of Albania 

Upon the request of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosova and upon the approval from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Albania , today Gashi was handover from the Albanian Police to Kosovo Police at Morina Border Crossing
