These two administrative instructions regulate the vital issues of application procedure and territorial expansion of notary offices in the Republic of Kosovo.
The signing of these administrative instructions is made a big step toward functioning of notary system, because it is completed the legal basis for the application in the notary system. Very soon is expected to start the application procedure, which will thereafter also be licensed and begin the work the first notaries in the Republic of Kosovo.
