On this occasion, Minister Tahiri underlined the importance of the campaign in identifying the problems that business face with the justice sector, highlighting that all suggestions and remarks will be addressed under the Functional Review of the Rule of Law Sector.

“I am not interested in making this reform, these changes, if they do not meet the needs of businesses” said Minister Tahiri.

During the conversation, Minister Tahiri requested from businesses to share their experience with the work of free professions, such as notaries, enforcement agents, bankruptcy administrators, and informed them about the possibility of restoring an Economic Court, which existed until 2013.

“Before we create conditions for foreign investors, we all have to commit to creating conditions for businesses that we have here. Certainly, it is important to create an environment for foreign investments, but initially we have to give importance to domestic businesses” said Tahiri.
