The strike of the prisoners in Dubrava Correctional Center has stopped

Prishtina, 27/05/2011

Following the agreement, achieved  between the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, Prof. Dr. Hajredin  Kuçi, and the council of prisoners in strike in Dubrava Correctional Center, the prisoners stopped the strike.

After the recommendations of the Minister Kuçi, addressed to President of the Republic of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga, president of the Assembly Jakup Krasniqi , the Commission for Constitution  Amendment, that in the Constitution amendment  to include the Institute of amnesty and after the including this institution as a constitutional category, the Ministry of Justice shall prepare the law on amnesty and  proceed for approval.
