Protection of Whistleblowers

A whistleblower means any person who reports or discloses information about a threat or
violation of public interest in the context of one’s work relationship in the public or private sector.
The Ministry of Justice, based on Article 17 of Law No. 06/L-0855 on the protection of whistleblowers, has
