Na bilateralnom sastanku, Ministar Tahiri je upoznao nemačku koleginicu o angažovanju u ispunjavanju Agende Evropskih Reformi, reforme u krivičnom pravu, kodifikacije civilnog prava, međunarodnu pravnu saradnju kao i za strukturalne reforme odseka za vladavinu prava.
Ministar Tahiri je izrazio veliku pažnju za doprinos koji je Nemačka dala u svim procesima izgradnje države Kosova, kao i podršku koju je pružila u procesu vizne liberalizacije.
U tom kontekstu, ministar Tahiri je zatražio podršku u jačanju pravno medicinskih kapaciteta kroz akreditaciju programa i obuke radnika pravne medicine u određenim oblastima kao i na konsolidaciji komercionalnog prava pomoću posebnog programa obuke za organe za sprovođenje vladavine prava kao i na stvarima koje su povezane sa efikasnijim sudskim uslugama prema poslovnom sektoru.
Sa njene strane, Federalni Ministar Pravde Nemačke, gđa. Barley pozdravila je institucionalni angažman u oblasti vladavine prava, borbe protiv organizovanog kriminala i korupcije i izrazila punu podršku Nemačke u preduzetim reformskim procesima.
