Deputy Minister of Justice Genc Nimoni met today with Kahramon Sanginov, team leader and project manager against organized crime and corruption within the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.
Nimoni presented the results achieved in the field of rule of law, highlighting the progress in this area and reform initiatives initiated.
Further priorities and common areas of cooperation were discussed also in the meeting.
Mr. Sanginov presented OSCE plans in support of strengthening the rule of law in Kosovo, with a special focus on monitoring the judiciary and the role of Kosovo within this project that includes countries in the region.
The meeting also discussed the package reform laws and Reform Agenda Growth Plan, highlighting further advancing the justice system and fulfilling strategic priorities.
The deputy minister commended the cooperation with the OSCE to date, emphasizing the importance of this partnership in strengthening transparency and accountability in justice institutions.
The Ministry of Justice remains committed to deepening cooperation with international partners, to strengthen the rule of law and combat organized crime and corruption.
